Installation instructions

1、 Sink installation

Before installation, please open the packaging of the new sink and check if the product is damaged or if accessories are missing (the edge of the sink is sharp and may scratch your hands, please use gloves and carefully touch the edge of the sink).

2. Install the sink

1) Please draw a line on the kitchen counter panel based on the actual opening size of the sink.

2) Use a dedicated cutting machine to cut holes along the line on the countertop.

3) Place the sink into the hole to test if the opening is suitable. If the size is suitable, clean the dust and debris on the table.

3. Tighten the sink

There are two types of sink installation, one is the installation of a basin on the table, and the other is the installation of a basin under the table. If an basin on the table is used for installation, waterproof adhesive should be applied around the edge of the sink, and the sink should be placed in the hole of the cabinet countertop. A pull buckle should be installed at the place where the sink hook is placed, and the screw should be locked with a screwdriver. If using a basin installation under the table, there is no need to use a pull buckle. Place the sink in a suitable position under the table, apply anti-seepage glue between the sink and the table, press the edge of the sink with a stone strip, and apply stone glue.


2、 Installation of faucet

1. During installation, it is important to ensure that the joint between the hose and the valve body does not form a dead angle to avoid breaking or damaging the hose.

2. Experienced and qualified professionals should be invited for construction and installation. When installing, the faucet should try not to collide with hard objects, and do not leave cement, glue, etc. on the surface to avoid damaging the surface coating luster.

Pay attention to removing impurities from the pipeline before installing the faucet.


3、 Sewer and drainage accessories

The stainless steel sink drainage accessories are divided into two parts: a drainage device and a drainage pipe. The sewer can be divided into 114mm and 140mm based on its diameter. The important thing is the sealing rubber ring, which must ensure the quality and prevent water leakage. For a 114mm water outlet, as long as you carefully observe it after opening it, you will know that a good water tank is equipped with a slag separation basket with good rigidity, hardness, and good elasticity of the sealing rubber ring. A large mouth drain with a diameter of 140mm is generally equipped with a double layer slag isolation large lifting cage and a silent rubber pad to filter out restless water sounds.

Regarding the drainage pipe, the first step is to ensure good sealing, with a conical rubber ring at the joint to increase its sealing performance; Secondly, it is necessary to have a deodorization function, usually with a U-shaped or S-shaped trap for deodorization.
